Just In: Man Utd Target World-Class Dribbler in Bold Transfer Move

Manchester United Target Brahim Diaz in Summer Transfer Move

Manchester United have reportedly initiated contact with Real Madrid over a potential summer move for Brahim Diaz, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.

The Red Devils have kicked off the transfer window on a strong note, having already secured the signing of Brazilian forward Matheus Cunha. Despite missing out on European qualification, United are showing they can still attract high-profile talent, with more signings expected in the coming weeks.

Last season was a difficult one for United. They ended the campaign without silverware, losing to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final in Bilbao, and finishing in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

Fichajes reports that United are among the clubs interested in Brahim Diaz, with the aim of offering him a more prominent role in the squad. Real Madrid may be open to selling the attacker, and United are monitoring the situation closely.

Diaz had a modest season in La Liga, registering 4 goals in 16 appearances (15 as a substitute). He ranked 6th in the squad for goals and appearances, while averaging 0.7 key passes and dribbles per game. His overall match rating was 6.59, placing him 20th in the team.

Diaz, often praised as one of the top dribblers in world football, could slot well into Amorim’s system, playing behind the striker. With Cunha expected to take one of those attacking midfield spots, United seem eager to bring in another creative force.

In addition, United are actively pursuing Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo. Reports suggest they’ve offered the Cameroonian forward a £200,000-per-week contract. Though an initial £55 million bid was turned down, the club remains interested in finalizing a deal.
